A Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, aged 12 years. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022 at 50.5%, in a 70cl bottle.
Distiller's Reserve is a special release selected from the distiller's favourite reserves. The bourbon was barrelled at a lower proof and matured slowly.
Wild Turkey is made in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, at a distillery built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers. Austin Nichols bought it in 1972, and Jimmy Russell, who began work there in 1954, came with the purchase.
