Az. Agricola Gaggioli Bianco Bologna DOC

A white wine from Az. Agricola Gaggioli, grown in vineyards around Bologna in Emilia-Romagna. It is made mainly from native varieties typical of the denomination. The nose is fresh and fragrant, with white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, and light citrus notes. On the palate it is well balanced, with lively acidity and a soft structure. Ageing takes place in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity. It works as an aperitif or with delicate fish, light starters and fresh cheeses.
