This is an Extra Dry Prosecco from the Treviso area of Veneto, made by B Simple in a 75cl bottle at 11% abv. It is built on 85% Glera, blended with Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio.
The wine is pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. The aromas are soft and inviting, and the bubbles are fine on the palate.
It works as an aperitif and also suits fresh, light dishes and first courses. Serve it at 8 to 10°C.
