Bacardí Superior White Rum (75cl, 40%)

Bacardí Superior is a white rum from Puerto Rico, bottled at 40% vol in a 75cl bottle. It is made from sugarcane molasses and filtered water. The nose carries tropical fruit, vanilla and subtle floral notes. On the palate there is sweet sugarcane, citrus zest and a touch of oak, followed by a crisp, clean finish. It works in cocktails such as the Mojito and Daiquiri, and can also be taken neat or over ice.
