Backbone Bone Snapper Rye Whiskey (75cl, 54%)

Backbone Bone Snapper is a rye whiskey made in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, in a 750ml bottle. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malt, with limestone-filtered water from aquifers beneath Southern Indiana. It goes into barrel at just under 120 proof and ages for 24 months in new American oak. Each batch is drawn from 20 selected barrels and brought down to 108 proof (54% ABV) with fresh water. It is bottled without chill filtration and hand labelled with its batch.
