Backbone Bone Snapper Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Bone Snapper Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Backbone Bourbon Company, bottled at a high proof in a 75cl bottle. Backbone sources and bottles full-flavoured, high-proof whiskeys, and this expression brings that uncut approach into the rye category. The brand's thinking is that life isn't watered down, so the whiskey shouldn't be either. It is described as a bold rye with pronounced rye spice, made for drinking neat or over a large block of ice.
