Backbone Bone Snapper X-Ray 4 Year Old Rye (75cl)

This is an American rye whiskey aged for four years, the reserve expression of Backbone's Bone Snapper Rye, in a 75cl bottle. The regular Bone Snapper is aged for 24 to 30 months, so the longer maturation here gives a richer rye with more concentrated flavour. The nose is sweet but complex. The palate is concentrated, with plenty of caramel and butterscotch in the middle, and the finish is extremely long and big.
