Backbone Uncut is a straight bourbon whiskey bottled at barrel strength, with each batch running between 114 and 117 proof. It is distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky.
It is meant to be drunk neat or over a large block of ice, and is described as offering big, bold flavours. The high proof is deliberate: this is a bourbon not intended to be watered down.
