Baker's 7 Year Old is an American bourbon from Jim Beam Distillery, matured for seven years in American oak. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The mash has a high proportion of rye, giving a robust, spiced profile set against the sweetness of the corn. The nose is intense, with vanilla, caramel and light fruit. The palate shows rich caramel, ripe fruit, cinnamon and a hint of tobacco and leather, ending in a long, warm finish.
