Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon (53.5%)

Baker's is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled from a single barrel at 107 proof (53.5%) after a minimum of seven years in cask. Booker Noe, Jim Beam's sixth-generation master distiller, created it in 1992 as part of the original Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The name comes from Baker Beam, a grand-nephew of Jim Beam who worked at the Jim Beam Distillery for 38 years. Baker's began as a small batch bourbon and became a single barrel release in 2019. It is described as a smooth, medium-bodied bourbon.
