Baker's Bourbon is a bourbon with a 7 year age statement, part of the Small Batch Collection, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is rich and layered, with vanilla, cornmeal, black raspberries, wineberries and firm oak, and turns baked, buttery and slightly brandy-like with air. The palate is powerful but controlled, sweet and lightly peppery, with an oak and vanilla rush at the middle. Berries, corn, vanilla and stronger oak return in the finish, alongside cake frosting, butter cream and resin.
