Bakery Hill – Sovereign Smoke Defiantly Peated Single Malt (50cl)

Sovereign Smoke is a limited release peated Australian single malt from Bakery Hill, in a 500ml bottle. It is made from Belgian peated barley and shows fresh, coastal peat character. The peat level is well above the distillery's standard peated malt, yet it does not take over the palate. The whisky was fully matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and keeps the sweetness that marks the Bakery Hill spirit. The finish is described as complex and long-lasting.
