Bakery Hill Peated Malt is a peated malt whisky from Australia, in a 50cl bottle. It was first made with peat imported from the United Kingdom and is now made with Australian peat. It is lightly peated, in the manner of Speyside peat rather than Islay. The wash is produced in 1000 litre batches and distilled twice in a still with a copper pot. No colouring is added.
