Balblair – 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl)

Balblair 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and double-fired American oak casks. It is described as the defining expression of the distillery, with a balance of fruit, spice and sweetness. The colour is polished gold. The nose offers bright lemon peel, creamy vanilla and crisp green apples. On the palate, ground spices and dried orange slices are wrapped in set honey sweetness, and the finish is creamy and leathery with sweet vanilla.
