This is a 21 year old Highland single malt from Balblair, in a 70cl bottle.
It spent its first fifteen years maturing in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The final six years were in Spanish oak casks that had held Oloroso wine, which gave the whisky spiced, fruity flavours and a deep, rich colour.
