Balcones "1" is a single malt whisky made in Texas. It uses classic distilling techniques and ingredients adapted to New World tastes.
The nose shows hints of toffee and overripe fruit. On the palate, toasted malt and honey give way to mellow baked pears and apples. The long finish carries cinnamon and cloves.
