Baby Blue is a Texas corn whisky from Balcones, made from roasted heirloom blue corn. It was the first Texas whisky released since Prohibition.
The blue corn is rich and oily, and the whisky is intentionally youthful, keeping the freshness of classic American distilling.
Expect a round nuttiness with roasted overtones, a viscous mouthfeel and a soft finish.
