Balcones Brimstone is a Texas whisky smoked with sun-baked Texas scrub oak, using a process kept private by the distillery.
The character is fresh, youthful corn and light fruit alongside a bold smokiness. The nose brings masa, Texas campfire and powdered sugar, with stone fruit, peppery spice and mint behind.
