A frizzante Lambrusco from Baldini, grown in the fertile lands of Reggio Emilia.
It has an intense ruby red colour. The nose shows red fruit aromas such as cherry and blackberry, with light floral nuances. On the palate, lively effervescence balances the acidity and natural sweetness of the Lambrusco, with a soft, harmonious structure and a pleasantly persistent finish.
It is suggested served fresh, with light antipasti, Italian pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.
