Ballast Point Devil's Share Single Malt Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Devil's Share is an American single malt whiskey from Cutwater Spirits in San Diego, California. It is small-batch distilled from pure brewer's malt and bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The whiskey is matured in virgin, heavily charred American oak barrels. The line began at Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, and the spirits team took it with them when they launched Cutwater in 2017. The nose is woody caramel and vanilla. On the palate come cinnamon, cardamom and liquorice, leading to a lingering finish of warm spice and grasses.
