Ballindalloch 2014 Single Cask is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's first year of production, matured entirely in one Oloroso sherry butt, cask 106.
The cask was filled on 18 November 2014 and bottled on 7 November 2025 at its natural cask strength of 61.3%, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and in natural colour, and the cask gave 633 bottles.
The nose is rich Christmas cake, raisins, dates, figs, cocoa and orange peel. The palate is mouth-coating, with dark chocolate, sherried fruits, roasted nuts and toffee, and the long finish carries fruit cake, caramelised oak and gentle spice.
