This is a single cask Ballindalloch from a Bourbon hogshead, bottled at a cask strength of 59.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in January 2015 and bottled in July 2026, and the cask produced 260 bottles.
The nose is of vanilla, honey, citrus zest and ripe orchard fruits. The palate is rich with toffee, creamy caramel and vanilla fudge, alongside fresh pear and apple and a distinctive mint chocolate note. The finish is long, warming and sweet, with lingering oak spice, caramel and cooling mint.
