This single cask Speyside malt from Ballindalloch Distillery was matured in a sherry butt and bottled at cask strength, 61.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in June 2015 and bottled on 20 February 2026, with 630 bottles drawn from the cask.
The nose offers raisins, orange peel, honeyed malt and dark chocolate, with polished oak and cinnamon. The palate is rich and silky, with fruitcake, treacle, roasted almonds and baked berries. The finish is long, with dried fruits, cocoa and oak spice.
