A single cask Speyside single malt from Ballindalloch, distilled on 21 January 2016 and matured in a bourbon cask. It was bottled on 30 January 2024 at 59.2%, in a 70cl bottle.
The palate is rich and full, with fresh orchard fruit, green mango, caramel and white chocolate. Pineapple and pine cone sit alongside oak spices.
The finish is long and soft, without a single sharp edge, and the flavours arrive in layers.
