Ballindalloch – Seven Springs Edition 4 (70cl, 59.4%)

This is the fourth edition of Ballindalloch's Seven Springs Collection, a single estate whisky made in tribute to the seven Garline Springs that sustain the distillery. It was matured for ten years in second-fill Bourbon barrels and bottled at 59.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The edition is limited to 1200 bottles, and the whisky is non-chill filtered with no colour added. The colour is a sparkling gold. The nose is balanced, with vanilla, baked apples, spices and a hint of lemon. The palate follows in a similar vein, with a hint of walnut developing in the glass.
