A single cask whisky from Ballindalloch, matured in a bourbon cask and distilled on 14 January 2016. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there is Pink Lady apple and allspice, wine gums with icing sugar, candle wax and wild heather flowers, followed by nutmeg, sea salt, peach and fresh vanilla. With water it shows more fruit, along with nougat, wood shavings and worn leather.
The palate is rich and full, with orchard fruit, green mango, caramel and white chocolate. Pineapple and pine cone sit alongside oak spice.
