Ballor Amaro 100 Erbe is an amaro from Bonollo, made from a blend of 100 herbs. It is dark brown with amber reflections. The nose shows aromatic herbs, roots and spices in a persistent, enveloping aroma. On the palate it is rich and complex, with balanced sweetness that slowly fades into a pleasant bitterness, soft texture and long aromatic persistence. It can be served neat, with ice, or as a base for cocktails, and is suited to use as a digestif after a meal.
