Ballor Gin (70cl)

Ballor Gin is an Italian gin from Bonollo, presented in a 70cl bottle. It is made with a unique recipe combining selected botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root and other ingredients kept secret by the Bonollo family. Artisanal distillation gives it impeccable clarity and a distinctly fresh, clean aromatic profile. On the palate it is soft and complex, with pungent citrus notes and a spicy undertone that promises a persistent, pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a refined base for sophisticated cocktails.
