Ballor Gin is an Italian gin from Bonollo, made from a unique recipe combining selected botanicals including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root and other ingredients kept by the Bonollo family. Artisanal distillation gives the spirit impeccable clarity and a distinctly fresh, clean aromatic profile. On the palate it is soft and complex, with pungent citrus notes and a spicy undertone promising a persistent and pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
