Ballykeefe Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Ballykeefe Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey from the family-owned Ballykeefe Distillery in County Kilkenny, in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill uses malted and unmalted barley grown on the family's own farm, and the spirit is triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks, then bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour. The palate shows honey, vanilla and orchard fruits, with toasted oak, baking spices and creamy malt. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and sweet oak.
