A 14 year old Balmenach from the Old Malt Cask range, bottled by Hunter Laing at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in September 2006 and bottled in February 2021 from a refill hogshead, giving 301 bottles.
The nose is sweet vanilla slice with strawberry jam. The palate is sweet and smooth with vanilla and shortbread, and the finish is medium to long, satisfying and slightly fruity.
