Balmenach 1970 is a 16-year-old single malt Scotch whisky released by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice range. Distilled in Strathspey in the Highlands, it was bottled during the 1980s at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Its tasting character combines crisp apple and pear with a little cinnamon spice, followed by a smooth, lingering finish.
