A Pinot Nero Riserva from Alto Adige DOC, produced by Schloss Englar. It is made from selected vineyards and aged patiently in wooden casks, developing a refined structure with cherry, small red fruits and light white-pepper spice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with silky tannins and vibrant freshness balancing the natural savouriness of the alpine terroir, leading to a long, harmonious finish. It suits elaborate white meats, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
