Balvenie Caribbean Cask is a 14 year old single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured for 14 years in traditional oak whisky casks, then finished in Caribbean rum casks. For the finish, Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of selected West Indian rums.
