Balvenie 30 Year Old Rare Marriages is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that brings together whiskies matured in American and European oak, including traditional oak and sherry casks. Bottled at 44.2% ABV, it is non-chill-filtered and retains its natural colour.
Pear, dried apricot and blackberry appear on the nose, with cinnamon, mint, oak and sherry. The creamy palate offers vanilla caramel, toasted almonds, dark chocolate and citrus zest. A long finish carries spiced honey and lingering dried fruit.
