Balvenie Caribbean Cask is a 14 year old Speyside single malt, bottled by the distillery at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in rum casks, and colouring has been added.
The nose is rich with tropical fruit, passion fruit and toffee. On the palate come sweet vanilla, apples and mango, with a touch of orange in the background and a very creamy texture. The finish is long, with vanilla and toasted oak.
