Balvenie – The Week of Peat 14 Year Old - Story No.02 is a single malt whisky from Balvenie (Speyside). Aged 14 years, bottled at 48.3% ABV, 70cl. Titled The Week of Peat, this peated 14-year-old is the second part of The Stories collection from Balvenie. Since 2002, one week of the year is set aside at Balvenie to use peat in their malting kiln, and the whisky produced from it is used for an annual limited release. A highly-regarded malt distillery in Speyside and the second built by William Grant & Sons. The distillery is still owned by the company today its brand has been nurtured to become one of the most recognisable and sought-after single malts in the world.
