Banff – 21 Year Old 1982 Rare Malts Selection (70cl, 57.1%)

A Speyside single malt from Banff, aged 21 years. It was distilled in 1982, bottled in April 2004 and is presented at its natural cask strength of 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. Banff was part of the Rare Malts, a cask-strength series devised by Diageo that has since ended. The distillery itself closed in 1983 and was later demolished, which makes this official release one of the last reminders of its whisky.
