A sweet, aromatic sparkling wine from Brachetto grapes grown in the hills of Piedmont. It has a delicate ruby red colour and an intense aroma of roses, wild strawberries and ripe cherries, with light sweet spice notes. Controlled low-temperature fermentation preserves varietal expression and gives a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate it is balanced, with sweetness offset by lively acidity. It suits aperitifs or desserts with chocolate or berries.
