A Tuscan white wine from Banfi, made from Vermentino grapes grown in a Mediterranean climate with well-drained soils. It is aged in steel to preserve aromatic intensity and liveliness, and shows a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose opens with lemon and grapefruit, floral notes and light herbaceous sensations. The palate is balanced, with vibrant acidity and a pleasantly sapid finish. It suits fish, shellfish and Mediterranean salads.
