Barber's Gin (70cl, 40%)

Barber's Gin is an English gin made to a classic recipe. It is produced using juniper berries, coriander, angelica root and lemon peel, distilled in traditional stills and slowly infused. The result is a clear gin with a fresh vegetal nose, citrus and spice notes. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with juniper, coriander pepper and fresh lemon acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish with an earthy angelica note. At 40% ABV it suits refined cocktails such as a Gin & Tonic, or can be served chilled neat.
