A red wine made from Barbera grapes and matured in stainless steel tanks. It is released between spring and summer following the harvest year. In the glass it shows an intense violet-red colour, with intense fruity aromas typical of the variety. The palate is vinous and rich, tasty and fresh, well balanced, with a delicately bitter finish. It suits pasta with earthy sauces, rice and soups, braised or grilled red meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
