Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore Rocche del Santo Biologico - Agricola Brandini

A red wine from Agricola Brandini, made from Barbera in the Piedmont hills. Produced from vineyards managed with organic techniques, this Superiore version has longer maturation, which supports structure and complexity. It shows an intense ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and blackberry, plus delicate spicy and balsamic notes. The palate is full, balanced by the lively acidity typical of Barbera, with a persistent, harmonious finish. It pairs with Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, red meats and aged cheeses.
