A Piemonte Barbera made using the appassimento method, with selected grapes and ageing in wood. It has an intense ruby colour and complex aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, with spice, chocolate and vanilla. The palate is velvety, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a balanced, persistent finish.
