Vajra Barbera Freisa Piemonte DOC combines Barbera and Freisa under the Piemonte DOC.
It shows an intense ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose brings ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, light spice and a floral note reminiscent of violet. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with moderate tannins and a dynamic, flowing sip. It pairs well with regional dishes, tomato-based preparations, white meats and lightly cured salumi.
