Barceló Organic Rum (1L)

Barceló Organic is a dark rum from the Dominican Republic, distilled from organic sugar cane juice and aged in oak barrels that previously held bourbon whisky. It is presented in a 100cl bottle and carries organic certification. The ageing gives it a distinctive complexity alongside the natural character of the cane. On the nose there are vanilla, honey, tropical fruit and toasted oak. The palate is soft and balanced, with natural cane sweetness, sweet spice and a light smoky note, leading to a long, persistent finish.
