A light red Bardolino Classico DOC from Bolla, in a 375ml bottle. It comes from the Lake Garda area in Veneto and shows a lively but not too intense ruby red colour. The nose is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with cherry, strawberry and a light floral touch. On the palate it is light and easy to drink, with moderate, well-integrated acidity and flavours of fresh red fruit, plus a light herbaceous and spicy note. It suits light dishes such as starters, salads, fish or poultry, and works as an aperitif or for informal summer occasions.
