A Bardolino Classico DOC from Bolla. It has a clear, bright ruby colour. The nose is direct, with fresh red fruit, a light cherry and raspberry note, floral hints and a herbaceous touch. On the palate it is immediate and gentle, with soft tannins and a slender structure. It suits everyday dishes such as tomato pasta, pizza, cured meats and fresh cheeses, and also flavourful fish or white meats; serve cool, not too cold.
