A Bardolino from Tommasi, made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara on the hills of Lake Garda. It is aged mainly in steel tanks, with a brief passage in wood to soften the profile. The nose shows cherry, strawberry and light floral notes, with a delicate spicy hint. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and a harmonious finish. It pairs with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
