Bardstown Bourbon Company 2026 Discovery is a blend of straight bourbons, bottled at 56.4% ABV (112.8 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It combines bourbons aged seven, ten and eleven years.
The blend then rests for four months in custom-toasted Garryana oak barrels.
The nose is described as toasted oak, burnt sugar and baked apple. Dried cherry and cinnamon develop on the palate, leading to a long, warming finish.
